It's On For the End of The Week!

Interviewed for a job today; I'd rather be in SE Texas right now. Too bad I probably won't get to do either....

No matter though, there's great weather setting up to make the end of this week - spectacular! This is what this evening looked like in western Loosianna....yikes!

I'll be monitoring the forecasts out of Norman for updates. If I hear about hot weather or an update on the job, I'll be sure to post. In the meantime make sure you have an umbrella!

Why Can't I Be Here Tomorrow?

Seriously folks; why can't I be HERE tomorrow? It looks like things are setting up nicely to be a HUGE day for severe weather in the OK, KS, and possibly NE areas. Though I've never been, I can dream, yes?

Every year I vow that I'll be there and every year I instead pine for the golden prairie of the mid-West and the development of incredible works of art by Mother Nature. The most spectacular displays of power come to life in the early Spring through early Summer months in our nation's heartland. So far I've had to be content with YouTube, Storm Chasers on the Discovery Channel and my own vivid imagination (assisted in large part by the Storm Predication Center (SPC) in Norman, OK.
